Returns Information- Within 28 days

You can return your product unused and in a saleable condition within 28 of receipt for a full refund.

Returning a small or medium sized item:

First, you must complete the delivery note on the front of the item in order to let Asda Direct know why you want to return it. Then, choose one of three easy ways to return it.

Return to an Asda store:

Take your item back to the Click & Collect point in any Asda store along with your Delivery Note and the Payment card that you used to pay for the item and a member of staff will be happy to issue you your refund.

Return by Collect+:

For items that are up to 50x30x30 cm and less than 30kgs, you can take them back to any one of the 5000 Collect+ stores free of charge. Take the Returns label on the front of the insert that you received with your order and attach it to your parcel, place the completed Delivery Note with the parcel and you will be given a reference code which you can use to track your order online.

Return by Post:

Return your items and delivery note to:

Asda Direct, PO Box 9564, Newark, NG24 9GF.

The Post Office will charge for this service.

Returning a large item:

Complete the front of your delivery note to let Asda know why you wish to return your item and attach it to your parcel. Collection can be arranged by contacting Asda on the Asda Direct contact number with your order number to hand. Once an item has been received at the returns centre, a refund will be issued to the payment card.

Returns Information- After 28 days

If your item is not of satisfactory quality, mis-described or not fit for purpose you can return it by using any of the methods above. If you have any problems with an item after 28 days of receipt, Asda will try to assist as best as possible, but is only able to take back items that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or mis-described. However, you may be able to speak to a dedicated electrical help desk or a furniture repair service may visit your home if these are the areas that your query relates to.
